Good point Adam - does anyone know what's it's like trying to get in to this place? Looks like small country lanes for some distance leading up to what I presume is the entrance, so could be even worse than Rushmoor Arena :help:

EDIT - I see there are 2 entrances to use:

"Entry via GU6 8HY or GU6 8TB (Compass Gate or Stovolds Hill)"

Anyone with some local knowledge know which might be better to use? Both look like they could get pretty congested using Google Maps Street View :?

Me and Derek will be using the A24 then the A29 and then the A281. Im hoping most people will use the A3.

There is a petrol station on the A24 just before Bear Green Roundabout and we will be there at 8am for anyone who wants to convoy down.
I still think traffic is going to be a mare.
I have heard some people are planing to get there for 7am to avoid the traffic hoping that they will open the gates early.

I went to "Wings and Wheels" a few years back at Dunfold I got as far as Bramley when the traffic stopped. After talking an hour to move a couple of hundred yards i turned and came home. Great venue but a bitch to get to in numbers. See you there Anton and Del :thumbright: Shame we cant have our normal meet up, safe journey 8-)

We will be coming up from the south - the A272.
There are 2 options, the clockwise looks the quieter one.
Has any tried this way?
I reckon it will take 2 1/2 hours to get there from Wells, without any queue...
Turning back wont be an option

Often the best way is down the M23 and skip across

Why would the organisers pick another venue with such crap access? don't get it , I would have thought the move from Rushmoor would be a great oppurtunity to improve the event , ??? beats me

The problem with Rushmoor was the processing of cars coming in,it could have been so much better organised. Seeing as the same bunch are running the event I guess it'll be no better. Will decide in the morning if it's worth the hassle.
