Dave , I run the club register for this on an MS ACCESS system, just with no photos. I can usually find out specifics on a vehicle to help new owners by letting them know their history from records i have in the past.
It is not perfect as it relies on the information on the membership form submitted by members, but it helps a little, and has proved its worth for passing on history and getting tax exemption and BTI via DVLA and HMRC.
It also helps for film company requests, as there are still some members who do not frequent the forum very often.
