to be honest the older i get the more i can see how the factory got a lot of this stuff correct in the first place, like a challenger R/T looks perfect on 15" rally wheels, a 71 wedge mustang perfect on 15 chrome magnums obv a few balls ups as well, B bodies on the skinniest 14 wheels etc etc :D :D

At last we agree on something Dunc! :D

I've thought about this before - especially wheels & hood scoops. The wrong year/model hood scoop never looks right to me. The only exception on the wheels, for me, is that 68 & earlier chrome magnums look better than the cheapo painted magnums w/trim rings from 69 and later, on any car that should have had magnums :geek:

Wheels are a vast improvement IMHO, much more in keeping with a muscle car. :thumbright:
