Hi Ian and welcome, car looks lovely in black I must say, suits big cars well unlike the silly 273 that was in it, at least you have something decent up front. There is a register on here for you to ad your car to if you so wish?

Thanks for all the comments guys been out all day with no internet signal.
Dave, haha unfortunately the arches would sit on the tyres but more importantly it's different.
Mossy, yes and it was originally white.
Carl, will do the register bit.
Sinny, couldn't agree more.
etc etc
Just in from the garage gettin it ready for Shakey tomorrow but won't be racing it.

Welcome to the forum and great looking car :thumbright:

How does it sit that high - airshocks?

Just wondering as I need to get a bit more height on mine. Fitted new springs and made virtually no difference but don't really want to go the airshock route.... :?

Yea it has airshocks fitted but when I go over speed bumps the tyres catch the inner arches. Also not able to carry rear passengers for the same reason. Did think about having another leaf put in the springs and maybe some sort of bumpstop to stop the body dropping too much but am open to suggestions.
Nice car you got there by the way !
