It belonged to the truck racer Steve Penn (if I remember correctly), he was stopped numerous times while it was on one of his cars. Last heard of as being up for sale again recently

An electrician I know got ROO7 NEY when he got his new van a years ago hoping to sell it to a certain footballer and make a few quid.
No such luck though !
