i'm also a couple of miles away and will be there all weekend.

Think the best thing for us is to all book individually using the attached form. If you let me know on here when you have booked, I will co ordinate an area for us to all meet and park up at the show

Morning all.....think we have all the numbers we are going to get for this show so I will contact the organisers and arrange a plot position for us. Not sure if we really need banners but if we do, I will arrange to get them to the show if possible...

Morning all....quick update on this show....
Thanks to some hard work by Charger (Si) it looks like we have an option for a group display at this event. It will require a bit of organisation but will leave Si to update you all as and when his plans are firm.
We have also taken JinxJay up on his very kind offer to help out (you have a PM for your info).
Could I ask that, if you are attending, you update this thread please and PM Si with some up to date contact details to make his job easier,
