Why can stuff just be simple and uncomplicated ?

More space on a Small block, it's when you have a Big Block and then 2" Header Primaries that things get "interesting".
Anyway, there is loads of room in an "E" Body - try a Big Block in an "A" Body with raised ports and 2" primaries, then you will know what skinned knuckles are!!!!

Ok, I confess
My TTIs had to be massaged to fit my car and despite all my efforts the most rearward stud opening next to the bulkhead would not accept a stud or bolt into the head.
The solution much to my pleasure was two fold;
TTI headers have really thick 1/4" flanges. Add their own mega thick, don't burn baskets and I had a perfect seal. There is no stud or bolt in place and I had zero leaks.
Your experience may differ

If you do that on stock heads, you will have a big leak on your hands....

Mmm that is true, but I was thinking that if I had a stud busted in the head I might have got away with it.
