I ain't too proud to admit it, ahm in lurve 
It runs, drives, has no rust but great patina which I hope to preserve. All good glass, good tyres. Rare (apparently) power steering option.
It has a 318, 727 with dash shifter
The A108 is 18" longer than the A100, which suits me fine.
No rear seats so I'll need to sort those asap.
Intermittent flooding problem on the pokey little carb, so a 600 holley and manifold will be on the cards.
It looks like a hinge has seized and badly damaged the corner of the door and the adjacent body. It's fixable.
Missing a door elbow pad thing, a couple of side window fasteners.
Basically needs a load of tinkering and fettling but nothing major.
It's in Albuquerque NM, so a big chunk of my transport costs is to get it to the docks.
I've spoken to Ron and have approximate costs, but have yet to confirm shipping details.
My mate has bought the Truk and wanted to pay straight away for tax reasons. So, the money's in the bank and he's happy for me to keep using the Truk until the van is on the road.

Nice one, sounds like you got just what you wanted. When you said it was in New Mexico I did wonder about the internal shipping costs. Have you tried the likes of Kingstown for a comparative quote? They ship from the nearest port, dosn't Ron only ship from Florida?

Ron ships from wherever is nearest, he says Houston for this. I've not heard of Kingstown, I'll see what they say ta.

Kingstown will ship in a 40 ft container with another customers vehicle, I think thier internal shipping charges are reasonable too. Assume you are containerising, I wouldn't even consider RO RO myself It's just too risky IMO.

With roro, you have to make sure it will ro, otherwise they'll drag it off with a forklift, or maybe not load it at all at the other end....

There is no problem with RO RO as long as it is a runner and battery is good.
I used Hill shipping it was good and reasonable, good luck.

Very nice Paul, a wise choice, really like our A108, put way more miles on that than the Mustang this year.
