Sorry for the thread hijack...if anything comes of it I will start a fresh one.
Dougie, I love old military maps from WW1 and 2 so get where you are coming from. My pal in Glasgow has a beautiful hand tinted 100 yr old geological city map up in his kitchen that a YTS had thrown in a skip at his office (seriously).
I've sent Herb Terry Jr a moonpig card with a photo of my car on it and a polite introduction...hope I get a result.
