Beware the cheap shifter, it will jam/miss gears when you least need it....

Car looks great by the way, really like the simplicity of the rear lights on those '67's, very unfussy.

Good to know....perhaps the B&M then??

Is there enough room for travel with a bench seat for a floor shifter?? I had a look on Saturday and it looks as if It would have to mounted quite far forward in order to move back and fourth and so on??

At home at last.

Not pulling away smoothly yet though...say from roundabouts...might remove the vaccum advance and then maybe increace the idle mixture ever so slightly.

shakedown I guess

P.S, note the cunning gaffer tape

So where are you Steve? Herts somewhere? Where were thos pics taken?

There's a monthly meet on the 2nd Wed of the month at the Three Horseshoes, Hooks Cross, nr Stevenage.
Usually around 6-12 of us go, but dont expect to see that number of Mopars there, most seem to be up on blocks at the moment! Plenty of good Mopar chat tho.

Steve
Just looked up the address & post code, so you can look it up whichever way you prefer:
Three Horseshoes, Hooks Cross, Watton-at-Stone, Hertfordshire, SG14 3RY
Basically, get yourself to the Knebworth junction on the A1(M), follow the A602 east for a couple of miles out of Stevenage, straight over about 7 roundabouts, and the pub's on your right. Look out for the pub name tho as there's another on the right, 1/4 mile before the Three Horseshoes.

Mulimap/Streetmap it to be safe!

Next meet is next wed 10th. 8pm ish.
