Very nice car Morgan,lovely condition too.Enjoy :D
Great car Morgan, really pleased that although I didn't get it, she has gone to a good home....After I picked up mine....I tried to persuade Andrea (my better half) to sell her rice rocket, and go down and buy it! I loved the idea of 2 chargers on the drive!!!lol!

It looks really nicely optioned... 8-) 8-) .right now I'm very jealous of your passenger mirror! And indeed everytime I overtake anything!!haha!

When you get those wheels on and those little bits and pieces sorted you will be smiling even wider than you are now.... Enjoy it mate,!

ENJOY
Hey, Nige...if you want to swap your 68 seats with no headrests for the 69 seats with headrests that I have in my garage, then feel free....yours are probably in better condition, although these ones are ok.... I'm planning on getting them recovered so I can take the interior back to stock....(well stock 69!)

Couple of update pics....

Just taking her off the road for the winter to get started on all those little odds n sods that I want done before next year. Not done bad so far though - externally she is much closer to the look I wanted.

Wheels and tyres are on, wheel arches, re-registered, states plates, ride height. Underneath the bonnet she now has working headers and starter motor.

Over the winter I aim to retrim the front seats, fix the fluid leaks (steering, gbox) get everything rechromed, re-bush the front end. (much to the wifes delight who had me down to tile a bathroom ! :) )
One thing that has fallen off the end of the joblist is colour. When I first got the car I was pretty sure I didnt want to keep the colour, but now I have the 'look' sorted it has really grown on me, and I think I will be keeping it !

Thanks to all of you who have helped with guidance, parts and just kind words when needed...

Morgan.

It really suits that colour Morgan and the wheels set it all off just right, in my opinion

Well, winter is here. Just look at the stunning transformation that I am slowly wreaking... day by day this perfectly functional charger is becoming more and more component parts.

I realize this is small stuff compared to some of you, but even getting the front valence of the thing needed the help of an angle-grinder :)

Still - Chroming stuff on the way. The only bit I still need to get off is the bottom piece of trim for the front quarterlights. Problem is you need to remove the whole front window mechanism to get to it. grrr.

I have a lovely box of POR stuff from 'frosts, a lot of wire wool, and a box of bits to restore. Hopefully she will look better soon. My target is 'wheels day' - but realize this may be ambitious. Still - onward and upward...

Morgan, you can get the 1/4 light out without removing the window glass & frame.you can remove the 1/4 glass chrome hinge & slowly lift the 1/4 glass out with a firm to & fro movement with the glass. :thumbright:

If yer takin the frame out, beware of the hidden allan bolt
