I see you are using the old "dotting the mig" technique to eliminate warpage of the panel...eventually you go completely mad doing that you know and even with a decent welding vizor you get spots before the eyes.
I've just lumbered myself with another years worth of that!

Great Work,

Its awesome work.
It really makes me feel stoopid for being so anxious about replacing bushes and whether I can fit Adams engine or not

I mean I am wasting time worrying about it (Oh, and tiling the bathroom - the mrs has prioritized it) and Jules has taken on something like this.
Jules - its an awesome job - dont know how you find the bravery to just rip into it like that. I'll happily buy YOU a beer for the entertainment/inspiration you are supplying here !
Morgan.

A few more on our progress
We aint hangin' about I can tell you.
Wheels Day's comin' up, and I've sort of promised myself she'll be there
After the crap that went on with the bodywork last year, I never thought I'd ever get this car done, let alone this quick

Considering the poor state it was left in by Stevie Wonder and his welder
I must just say though a BIG THANKYOU to my mate Darren, who is the genius with the welder. Without his help and fabricating skills, (and the use of his rather large garage

) none of this would have been possible. Certainly not on this family man's budget anyway
Pics............ remember that awful roof that Stevie Wonder left me with.....

I'll give you " should have been done weeks ago " ya bugger
Seriously though Steve, it's just suddenly all come together all of a sudden.
It won't be painted in colour for Wheels Day, but it'll have a coat of barcoat or primer sprayed on it. It will be there though mate don't you worry.
You can all have a good nose at it then.
It won't be up to everyone's standard, but it's my ol' girl and I love it to bits.
Alot of time and effort has gone into it over the last few weeks mate, especially this week finishing off the roof.
Usual Bananarama! with filling though, most of it ends up on the floor. Skim, rub it off, skim, rub it off

you know how it is, ......but I've enjoyed every minute of it.
Can't wait now to get it out on the road
