I once had a ride in the back of one. It took days to get my chin off my chest again.

My Challenger was Blue when I got it. First thing I did was get it painted Hemi Orange. Which is more of a very bright red than orange.
I do not see red very well because of my colour blindness. It has to be very bright otherwise it just looks dull to me.

Sorry to disappoint you Dunc, both mine were proper Porsches with the engine in the boot...a 911 SC and a 356 Carrera...obviously the SC was newer and quicker, but I was never happy in either of them.
You can go alot faster for a lot less money and have less chance of exiting roundabouts backwards.
I'm not going to tell you what I replaced the Porsches with, because I'll come in for some real stick, but it had the engine in the middle!

Probably the most accomplished car I've ever owned ( for real quick driving) was a 73 Carrea RS Lightweight. A proper factory built road/race car the likes of will not be seen again

If I remember correctly it was 1978 and I swapped it for an Bentley S2, worth about 6k then

That RS is worth about 80k now

Fiat X19 indeed...
Okay, I'll make an exception for an RS lightweight Budge, I've got to admit, I haven't driven one, but I was driven in one by a guy called Nick Faure (I think that was his name), he was steering through the corners using the throttle, hands off...

and i kid you not on this one my better half has been on some long distance runs in various cars at a rather ridiculous rate of knots up to 150 i am a bit ashamed to say downright dangerous driving and she sits and does a puzzle book like she is sat in a train or a plane she is ace makes me laugh no fear at all
