Just got this from Mark Ashman who organised the drag racing.
Hi Matt
Good to meet you at the show Don, Roydon and Chris did the Mopar boys proud, its all on again for next year so hopefully see you all again then.
Thanks for you support
Mark Ashman
And this:-
The date for next year (at the moment) is 27th &28th September, we have a debrief meeting before Christmas, I will be looking for bigger Pit area and longer Drag demos so should be able to offer competitor space.
Don & co can camp up in the Paddock area no probs.
As soon as we have had the meet I will contact you to let you know whats going on
All the best
date for next years diary? I suggest racers and a club static display, I may even have a car of my own next year.
I will update when i hear any more.

When you slow lads get fast enough at the top end, you will find that the car can go very light on the steering due to air getting under the car (unlike a bus going under the Ex-Pete Space Hopper!!) so this was a quick insurance policy to keep it on the straight and narrow.
For your information, MattH has requested we build one for him

True but for aesthetic reasons, not speed.
