Home now after what was a very busy week averaging 10hr days on it. My brother was on holiday as well and I took my welder with me so with two welders and three grinders between us we had a real good go at the old girl. Discovered it had a bump in its past, and the amount of unnecessary body filler in the passenger quarter was ridiculous, it was an inch thick at the wheel arch and completely the wrong shape when compared to the rehung door.

Good job,coming on well
I did some of that work on my old Fury,trunk channels,rear sill ends,don't forget the drain pressings! Door catch mount is on 3 layers spot welded together so water lives in the sandwich,made mine out of 3mm plate.

Reckon we've broken the back of the hard stuff Blue but still a fair bit to do, next hardest will be replacing the offside rear chassis leg as it'll be better than a multitude of patches amazing what undershield hides
then there's lower rear quarters, outer trunk floors, front floor pans, various small chassis repairs and scuttle under the windshield.
Getting there, you never know might see some primer by the years end...
