Don't know the company, I just picked it out of a huge book of paint chips at the paint supply place Dave took me to. There was a code number but I can't find it.

Seeing the car in the flesh you can see the pearl really stand out. I will get some better pics and hopefully some of you can see it in person later on in the year.

Scazzotat in Italian means 'Beaten up' and I thought that was fitting for the amount of abuse the car has taken throughout it's life. Also I'm going for a whole 'black & blue' theme through the whole car so a paint job called 'beaten up' seemed quite fitting.

I'll keep the pictures coming, hopefully getting some major progress done from this point on.

Mirrors came from these guys:

Along with, interior door handles, rear window interior trim, new grille emblem and washer bottle. Excellent quality, price and service. Highly reccomend them, anything they don't have listed on the Mopar9999 site you can probably find at their ebay store. :thumbright:

Car is down off the lift, underside sprayed with protective layer of paint. New shocks, rear sway bar and front torsion bars fitted, new wheels and tyres obviously.

Engine nearly ready to go back in.

Delivered load of parts for Dave to pick through for stuff he needs, the cosmetic stuff I can do afterwards.

Rear bumper sprayed to match the car, looks great. Well I think so.

I do too. For some reason I suspect controversy on this subject, but I've had muscle cars with body-coloured bumpers, flat white bumpers and in chrome and I think it all looks good. Car looks fantastic mate :thumbright:

Cheers :thumbright: I'm pleased with it. Hopefully be on the road soon. Transmission comes back this week, then engine and trans go back in. Then just reassembly, MOT then just annoying the neighbours :D

Engine and transmission are back in, new axle and differential installed, glass back in. Hopefully firing it up some time this week and would love to get it out of Dave's place by Friday. :thumbright:

Then I'll start on the interior and other finishing touches while I wait for my disc brakes which are still in Fresno frustratingly.
