Great work Mark.
Del,
Your always welcome
Tea & Coffee, always on the go, nice little selection of Jerry's biscuits & chockies in the fridge, even beer if you fancy one.
Anton can give directions

No pictures today.
Been working on fuel supply n return, awaiting some fittings to arrive from good ol USA, slight delay on shipment (Sorry Nick

) due to waiting for some rear wheels to go in the same shipment.
Made up new front n rear polycarbonate screens, just need to screw them in, left out till plumbing done, as makes it easier.
Plumbed 80% of Intercooler to Ice box, progress halted, again, due to waiting for fittings.
Dropped of trans to Frosty today. As good as old box was, it wasn't up to handling 2,000+ hp on a regular basis. Basically upgraded shafts n gears, along with changing Convertor stator n bits & pieces . . .

No that I didn't want Roger, as he & I are good friends.
More of a case of; I have been speaking to Andy on a regular basis, helping each other out of late, he's been there before, done it & learn't what is & isn't required, so seemed an obvious choice to me.

Gradually working through the extensive list of jobs
New Front & rear Screens finished, not screwed in, as it makes access easier at the moment.
Finally finished off coil mounting brackets, lot of work for something that doesn't really do anything
New fuel pump belt arrived, so now fitted, along with completing the pump to filter oil pipe, waiting for a 45 fitting.
Forgot to mention, when I dropped the box off to Frosty. Andy was also kind enough to donate a Tial BOV which he was no longer using
Finally got round to removing exhaust/headers, added another bung, as I intend to run Lambda's & dropped off exhaust for coating on Friday. Should be done in 2 weeks.
Targetting to finish Intercooler pipe work tomorrow, should get quite a it done tonight, once I have had my dinner & get off the PC

Keep at it Mark, I know how much time (& money) it takes to get this stuff right. Sometimes you can spend hours just making the smallest of parts that most people take for granted.

I used the same type as in Guys link. More expensive that's for sure, but quality is superior, better shear, upper bearing for easier operation. I was lucky that I borrowed the one I used.
I guess, it all depends on what material, thickness, how many you have to do. The titanium i was punching was 2mm thick, so took a bit more effort.
