Twin drain pipe jobbies, cost about 50 pence (and that was welding wire!).
Other than that US Automotive have a big machine for bending things, they did some tail pipes for me a few years back, give them a shot.

Any chance you could post up details etc once you've tried the place in Alum Rock? We asked about Zorsts a while back and didn't get half of these!
