Fitted mine to lock the front having had a manual box, but definately see the logic in fitting to lock the rears - would seam a whole lot more controlable. Currently going auto, so may well change this.....

Excellent thread :thumbright:

My Challenger is an auto and I fitted my Moroso (Real Steel) line lock to the front brakes. Brakes on, apply line lock, brakes off, spin the back wheels.

If you've got the back wheels spinning in 3rd gear you still get a great rolling burnout when you release the line lock because it takes a while for the back tyres to gradually find some grip. Remember those pics I posted of my mates wedding?

I guess it depends on how grippy your tyres are though.

The master cylinder end of my line lock needs a deeper fitting to make it bottom out, where can i buy this from, also i notice that some have an adapter, what is the idea of this.

All the line locks I have seen use a 1/8" NPT thread. They need a fitting that will take the 3/16" pipe union.

Got mine at CustomVille in Chadwell Heath. You can get them at SpeedFlow or maybe Wil can help. Fairly easy to get. :thumbright:
