Looks like you might be able to do something with the headlights and surrounds / grille from a Capri or one of those Austin Princess wedge shaped things with the twin headlights. One of the problems though, would be that anything with factory twin headlamps will be using 5.25 inch lights and your Charger's original ones will be 7 inch  :D

Possibly take the grille off altogether, mount the lights and then attach a one piece grille in front of them, sort of yank Charger look-a-like, or go the '70's route with a chrome tube grille :rr:

Those chrome thermostat housings are rubbish, I have to do that to mine every few months too. Get one of the proper old Mopar ones.

Aus Charger experts,

Can you fit any typical US 318 four barrel manifold to the Aus 318 ?

Does the remote filter need any modification ?

I would think a four barrel manifold and carb would be a nice thing to have on the car.

All the best

P.S. Can you get rebuild kits for the Aus 318 two barrel carb ?

Everything swaps over OK :thumbright: Mine is an Aus lump in a US car. Still got the remote filter kit and original 2bbl inlet in the shed.
