There's a bloke near me who does Jensen's. I spotted him with the hood open on a CV8 and went and had a chat but got blanked....

Funny you should say that, many years ago a guy used to keep one of his Astons in the same row of lock up's as my Barracuda. He was a very posh, flat cap and tweed jacket type of guy, but he always stopped for a chat to see what I was working on, very friendly...

Got to agree with that. The only good thing about MoPars becoming so expensive is I will have a decent down payment on an Aston the first day I can afford one. That is what I have always wanted the most and one day so help me god I will get there. I couldn't afford a Jensen or a real Mopar when I bought my 318 Oz Charger in 1982. The Charger was only £500.
Funny enough. Oz Chargers were originally imported as a cheaper alternative to the Jensen. To see MoPars going for more money these days (and in some cases more than a new Aston DBS) does seem wrong somehow.
