There's too many right angles there for my liking - compare that set-up (3 right angles between the carb & the inlet port) with a proper max wedge or long ram set-up (just 1).

That cant be good

Its still a longish ram....not a max wedge doobrie....inside it is radius'd nicely so not actual right angles
