I have settings but measuring it is the tricky bit without the right kit.
Basically the two bushes on the connected ends of the upper control arm (A-arm) are on cams and can be rotated.
If you move both cams so that the UCA is closer to the engine you get negative camber (top of the wheel moves in). Move both out and the top of the wheel moves out.
BUT if you move the forward bush out and the rear bush in this has the effect of moving the upper ball joint towards the rear of the car (positive caster).
I think you start by getting as much positive caster as you can and then rotate both bushes until you get a bit of negative camber (0.5 degree min and 1 degree max). I think as you add camber you will loose caster but as long as you have over 2 degrees caster you are OK. More is better of course.
I think that is how you do it anyway but like I said measuring it is hard without the tools.
