They struggle to keep new Staff Ray

we have a high turnover rate, they have tried it with some immigrants but a lot have struggled due to the language Barrier
Your right about leaving Ray

on a serious note! no point moaning about something when i can just leave! that's the whole point about this thread and sums up how i feel.

I know ur just sounding off mate. Heart on sleeve an all that.
Get ur head down and keep going, T. Dont give em cause to let you go. Play the game and make sure you have a solid plan before you post the V sign.
As you know, I have put in for around 300 jobs over last few months all over UK with just a handful of interviews in return (then the jobs get pulled in most cases). Its gonna get much worse, and I'm not scaremongering.
Will catch up soon, poss arrange summit for t'Nags.

SAME her fella with me being a SPARKY if you get out of date a newbie of a six or eight week course can do your job when you have twenty years behind you, but you cant do the job as you haven't been to college to get you ticket up to date for what ever reason you have LIKE TOO MUCH WORK to take the time off

It is stupid when all or most of what they are bringing in is what we all did fifteen or twenty years ago and they amended and took out

Any way im out of it and in a job for life

Un less they let all the con's out of nick

you never know
