I took the dog his last walk of the day at 10:40 last night and it had just started with the odd flake of snow in the air but it was dry on the ground.

By the time I got back from walking the dog (20mins) there was a half inch on the ground and me and the dog were covered in snow ourselves.

Got up this morning and it was about 3 inches. Much more forecast for us later today and tonight.

And they laughed at me here for buying a Jeep.

Anne had a close one this morning, car did dot stop at junction, and slid across two carriage ways on the A505. The car in front of her done the same. he Bananarama! by two cars. Anne is OK and safely indoors. No grit in the tubs, and no gritters round our way again!

Bad in central London too!
