Hamtrack plant I think ( I did decode it all when I got the car).
Belgian plate is an after addition. See how it overlaps ?

Underside of car is not gold - Its a trick of the fluro tube I use when under the car :)

I like the shot of the rotor against big block. Both engines that I have admiration for, but for different reasons. You're doing a nicer job than me mate... :thumbright:

Right - actually getting somewhere.
Realized that weekdays doesnt happen time restrictions - weekends missus books stuff... so , I have decided to set the alarm for 6:30, get out there just after 7 and get a solid 3 hours or so in before the househoold demands ! :)

Anyway - couple of pics of last 2 days progress. Floor is stripped to metal, cleaned. Have POR15d the box-sections of 'chassis' (well, lumps of what would be chassis if it had one). Metal treatment the rest of it (rust inhibitor). Have just completed the first pass of stone-chip. Tomorrow we get the waxoyl on the top and I have done underneath. Have been careful to get up in the sills etc, it actually looks pretty good.
There is the odd dent or donk as you would expect from a 40yr+ car, but overall still pretty solid. Engine bay after that, and then fitting !

Only bit I had to give up on was internal waxoyl for the box sections. So cold it was solidifying in the spray tube - so that will have to wait until summer. Not too worried, its only an hour of so when the weather is warmer to do the insides.

Anyway, last couple of days progress....

Nah - copy cat would have been a red engine bay. hmmm.... not too late... :-k  Nah - I always wanted it silver, dont know why. Besides - imitation sincerest form of flattery right ? Or 68 charger owners just have great taste...

moparkm - Awesome. How gorgeous are those TTis ? :) Did the super gasket do the trick in sealing them ? (might buy one for the new ones if it did).
