Well looks like the chassis twisted
thats why the uca cams are not a mirror image.
I've done loads of measuring and the frame rails are not parallel
to each other, thats why it also leans over a bit one side.
One bit of good news was the wheel base is the same both sides

Having a hard time finding anywhere that can check my settings,
one place had all the gear but no one knew how to use it
another place wanted £180 just to put it on the ramp
so I've just set it max caster with 1/4 deg neg camber, 1/8 tow in

Contacted mopar truck parts and they were really helpfull
sent me the dimensions for the chassis, no charge
doesn't drive to bad pulls slightly to the left and the steering doesn't
self center

I'm not a expert on Chassis stuff, but my younger Bro is. He has 20 years in the business of Crash repair, and will build a body off a Jig, floor pan upwards

I'll have a chat with him - maybe he will be able to help
No promises, but I will ask - its a major success gettin him to do anything outside £50/hr

Steve the ladder type chassis that were fitted to these trucks were prone to paralleling if they took a hit on one of the legs.
What you need is a length of chain and a gum shield.
Find an old heavy b body and chain the side of the truck that is further back to it.
Insert the gum shield and drive off like a bat outta hell.
Alternatively its an easy fix on a hydraulic chassis jig

that would be helpful i don't mind paying
just need someone that knows what there looking at
everybody I've approached don't seem really interested.
Bob, Yes youre right, joe at mopar truck parts said the same thing,
he said he would be surprised if it wasn't out of shape
these old trucks have probably had a tough past life ex military etc.
Sometimes ignorance is bliss

i suppose i could change the chassis, another diy resto

I've been talking to some guys in Florida and they have been really
helpful heres some info about leaning to the left,seems a bit tin pot
to me. affected all trucks from 72 to 93.
Vehicle leaning or low on the left front corner.
Parts:
1 - Spring Spacer P/N 4322629
Repair Procedure:
Spring Spacer, PN 4322629, is available to raise the left front corner by approximately one (1) inch. The spacer is to be installed on the top of the coil spring (Figure 1). Refer to the 1990 Rear Wheel Drive Truck Service Manual, #81-370-0108, page 17-6, for spring removal and installation.
NOTE: ONLY ONE (1) SPACER IS TO BE USED. DO NOT STACK.
NOTE: VEHICLE MUST BE ALIGNED AFTER RE-ASSEMBLY.
Notes:
POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
