we were probably being objectionable. i broke some rule about going out with a cramlington lass without being from cramlington and my mates marina was offensive
I have nothing against sunderland either i like skateing and big bendy slides and have a record by the toy dolls
apart from being born in chester i am probably more in heart from Newcastle although i have now spent more time away than there
family is all Fenham (postal district 4) who migrated to Glasgow '69 then Chester '71 then Ponteland '80 most summers were spent in seahouses Xmas and Easter Hall Avenue Fenham.
in Chester i had Geordie accent in Newcastle i had a Cheshire accent

NE4 district (both sides of the West Road) all my life until I married for the first time at 20 and had to live in a smokey pit village in Durham called Grange Villa.
Born in a Tamworth Road flat.
Lived in Croydon Road 1961-1966
1966-1979 I was really in Benwell but we were just one street inside what was classed as Fenham.

Any word on a change of venue or whether the Silverlink cruise is to become the only one? Is it on this Wednesday?
Or are we just going to go back to the Metrocentre and see what happens next month?

If Silverlink is on I will have a run up. Never been to that one.
Probably go to the Metrocenter one next month as well. I like a fight.

I believe it's the fourth Wednesday of the month which makes it this Wednesday. I may pop along to see what occurs next month at the Metrocentre too. I like to see you fight(!) I'll offer support and cheers from the sidelines.
I've never been to the Silverlink one either.

Any idea what time or exactly where?
I heard attendance had dropped right off and was not sure if it was still running.

Half the people that turn up are Makums and they don't like the idea of "crossing over".
What about the Monkey Hangers dont they get a invite
Its so easy nowadays to get any where in Newcasille for a meet with the Sat Nav, esp since the council decided to upgrade all the postcodes to end in YI
