A 2 peice prop? Nice idea!
(I wonder how many existing are still straight given the power levels a lot of them see?)
While your at it can i suggest you make it using CV joints rather than U/J's? This will then eliminate the whole problem of angles, which can never be truly right with a leaf sprung axle as they will constantly change.
This is something i'm trying to get sorted on my triumph because the angles are not correct, nor have they ever been on any triumph 2000/2500. Vibration was a reported problem when they were new.
Downside of CV's is the expense. The same prop will cost twice if not three times as much.
Can't see a 2 peice prop being difficult, just need to fab something to attach it to the floor.
