Rover auto box (BW35), anyone know 'em?

Well, what WASN'T knackered :shock:
Both sets of clutches, the governor (which Dunc had said from the start was the problem!) one band down to the rivets which had gauged tram tracks into the drum and loads of crap floating around clogging up valves etc.

FOR UNDERSTANDING MY LACK OF FUNDS AND MY NEED TO GET THE TRUK BACK ON THE ROAD PRONTO DUE TO OUR IMMINENT HOUSE MOVE.
Following Duncs instructions, i've spent a couple of hours today flushing the pipes & convertor with thinners. There's no drain hole in the conv so Dunc said to drill a hole in the front so it could be properly cleaned. I've done several flushes til it ran clear, given it all a blast with the airline and left it to dry out overnight so i can weld up the hole tomorrow.

Now welded up, ready to put it all back together tomorrow! :D
