Vinyl removal

The P Bass I bought in 89 and traded in Jaydee copy for it funny enough at a Guitar shop in Romford. The JayDee came along more recently and was fairly cheap, but as you say may become more valuable in time. I bought it because I'd always wanted one. But a guitar is like a girl, in that you have to live with it for a while before you can decide if its a keeper or not

It's nice to have bit of a Hareem

I would keep the Strat Stu, US and Jap Fenders hold value very well

If you buy another, get something different - variety is the spice....

To show my age, I saw Bill Hailey and the Comets live. God knows how old they were, but they had to use a Stanah Stairlift to get the old boy up on the Bass to do his old "balancing" tricks....Happy days.

yeh happy days pete, i think the comets are still going or they were not so long ago ? dont think i would be balancing or standing on my bass though. just a bit to heavy for a plywood bass
