An Asbo? I bet that won't go down well in the Bentley Owners club

You will have to sip your Port and Lemon on the Verandah outside the club house from now on....

Sorry to hear that Duncan,i had a similar thing once, the Police went to my Mum and Dads as i had not told the DVLA i had moved.
some neighbors at the place i had moved to had told the police my car was too noisy and i kept blocking thee drive with my Cars, that was of course rubbish! they did not like me and the cars! thankfully No asbo or anything, i just got told off for not changing my driving license to the new address
I could not get any of the neighbors to admit it! they were two faced!
when i lived at my mum and Dads the neighbors used to complain about V8 noise, but they told me to my face so i was not as bothered, and when i explained i had to leave very early on some Sundays to get down south they were ok with that.
I moved out but when my mum and Dad moved some years later when they saw the Neighbors again they said they wished i was back! and i could have a V8 running anytime! an Asian guy moved in with a big family and ran a big Taxi Firm,so they said it was terrible with all Taxis parking up 247 and loads of people were running around not speaking English.
So it was not that bad when i was there

Bentley driver with an ASBO! Awesome.

Dunc, if you want to PM me, I can give you the details of a very good solicitor who saved my bacon BIGTIME after a *ahem* slight motoring issue.
Happy to pass it on if it helps, he's based in Wrexham.

Hope you get sorted.

If I was you I'd frame that and stick it up on the wall. It's all Chavs and junkies that get them round here. Getting an ASBO for driving your Bentley is superb. Bananarama! em the bunch of tossers, you probably had people complaining because they're uncontrollably jealous and haven't got the guts to say if they have a problem.
On the serious side though, how can you get something served against you with no evidence and just the word of some nobody? It's crazy.

THATS RIGHT MARTIN, this comes down to a complaint from some geezer that i had a little er something with and supposedy another caller but that might be his mate, i was bothered at the time when plod turned up at my house because i had actually done far worse later after this incident, but since i have had time to think, and i think its a load off bollax and need to go seek some advice, also app one of my daughters reckons the said grasser was outside my house and said to the copper as i went to the door, and he said thats him then legged it off, now surely a copper cannot fetch some one to your house as in a id lineup ????
the asbo is on the car and on me so if i am a bad lad in a different car then i am liable and also someone else in the bentley the car is liable
what a bloody joke
