Not a big Star Trek fan.BUT the best looking ship i have seen by far has to be the Klingon Bird of Prey it even looks good cloaked.
Star Trek 4 is the best by far not just that they are on Earth in the 1980s but also they have a borrowed Bird Of Prey.
