Well what a Bananarama! brilliant weekend, a bit disjointed cos I had to miss out Saturday but had a blast racing the Chally against John and his new car on Friday :D
Saw some excellent racing today and hung around with the Crewe massive and pushed Bri about the pitlane for a bit, big up to Dunc and Carly (a new track star there ;)).......ta for the tea and nice to chat Big Chris
Good to meet all the old faces........Phil, Mick, Jem, Blue, Guy, Guys lovely wife, Steve the Guiness provider, Jon Connely (ta mate!), JohnS, Pete, other Guy............ great people, great racing, great to be there :D

Despite always saying I'm not bothered about my times I'm just about to order some slicks or drag radials to see if I can better my 3 minute 60 foot time  ..........kin ace reaction times tho ;)

I was there yesterday, spent most of the day just relaxing in the sun waiting for the queue to go down. Never did but managed to get one run in, ran a 12.2 @ 117 with a 2 second sixty foot. I think I underestimated how grippy the track was and could have given it a bit more off the line.
Dave Hoare's Challenger was flying, 11.85 followed by 11.78 both at 116mph. Then today I got a text saying he'd run a best ever mph of 117.
