Finally found a poor scan of that old photo of me with my very first car.
Taken in 1982.

Thanks Chaps......the thread is full of automotive porn!

And yes chaps, trucks are allowed!
BJ Mac........Don't ask me why but i though you had sold this! Tis a fantastic looking car, i take it its to far to come from up there down to the Nats with it?
AndyRob......Your top of my Bananarama! list! You sir have owned most of what i would give body parts for. Absolutely love the look of the 69 Satty with the aftermarket wheels (What were they and size please?). The Dark red RR is an absolute monster........
You seem to have the right mix with racecar and factory original for the sunny days!
Did i say your top of my Bananarama! list..............
(No i can't handle the green eyed monster)
Keep em coming....some great history!

Comeon Dave81. You not jealous of my A-body Muscle car? It had a big 318.
Actually. If anyone has never driven a small block A-body, they are lovely to drive compared to a B or E body.

Absolutely. Mr Wiseman has owned just about every dream Mopar you can imagine. T/A. AAR. Daytona. Cuda convertible. 2x Superbirds. 2xCoronet sixpacks. etc etc.

Hell I was coming home with £350 a month in 1982 and the Charger cost me £500. I had to borrow the money off my Mum and pay her back over a few months.

This was my first one, a '64 Buick Skylark, the guy who owned it wanted my Austin Seven Super Sportsman, so I couldn't let it go...it eventually went to the boneyard due to extensive rust
Then I got one of these and romoved the running gear and stuffed it in a Vauxhall Cresta...
Then I went Mopar...the leaning tower of power!
And the one I miss most...

I started off with my old mustang coupe when I was at University in 2003/4. My first yank, I knew basically nothing about how a car worked, bought it to learn on.
Then I moved to Mopar, fancied something a bit more 'muscle'. Bought my '69 coronet, my first big block.
...and most recently my beloved Charger R/T. I was lucky enough to find one of my top 5 dream cars so I grabbed it! Absolutely love her and have only even started to consider swapping due to living and working in London.
But not yet :-)
