That is a superb offer, Mark; really thoughtful and generous, top man.

The bit that Bananarama! hard is the loss of the Pistons as they were custom ordered and made. I would have to do my research on what would fit.

ALL the bottom end was brand new - crank, Rods, Pistons, Rings, BCR's, bearings. I did not build it and I do not feel there is any isssue with the quality of the build - it was the quality of the balance work that is under scrutiny.



Justin - BACS transfer will suffice........... ;)

got a set of manley rods Pete,hemi sizes,perfect condition,got a set of hemi pistons,4.5 bore,got a wedge pattern mega block,but 440 bore size.

I take it the mallory metal wasnt pressed in from the sides of the counterweights.

I have heard of this happening before,gutted for you fella :cry:
