Got this yesterday from Sheffield as an unfinished project ; 14 Tonne Freightliner FL70 Cummins 6 cylinder.

Got it on the A1, no one about so opened her up ... 78 mph ... plenty left, drives really nice.

Bodywork needs to be finished and painted and then I`ll get some custom bits and bobs on it.

I love a good truck......long trucks are the best but a short, fast truck sometimes does it for me as well......though, if Im honest....any truck will do!

Keep up the good work, truckers :thumbright:

Jon that frieghtliner looks like a good project, id bin that bevertail, & buy a used roger dyson double deck slide body, been a few for sale lately & they are a right good thing

You alway like to speed in every truck you get, where as now, i try and money driving slower, it really does make a difference.
I ve spent hours & hours with the fuel computer & different drving
Spent a full shift in my 24 ton daf today & have probably save a easy £30-40 by driving @ 50 instead of 56.

But saying all this will probably bore the t.i.t.s off you, you just wanna go fast in everything :thumbright:
