no one else from here going up so i'm gonna be billy no-mates! Spending this week servicing the bird and the lorry so hopefully no foreseeable probs

No just on the motor Pete, i have'nt run the car up the strip this year yet so i thought i'd let myself back in gently! Dunc gave me 3400 stall converter to loosen things up a bit so i need to get used to that first, hopefully my 60' time should come down a bit now and give me a mid/low 11 .... hmmm we'll see

Never been to this before is it worth going ? I go to the Mopar Nats most years so is it as good ? Not for racing I mean just for watching etc

Different kettle of fish to the Nats, Justin. Description at the top of the thread is pretty much spot on.
Greasers, muddy tyres all down the track, rock n roll, turnups a plenty.
I always like this event. Basic but a mainstay on the calendar and usually a decent turnout. In turnups.
