I do my on stuff, but use a laptop & not screw drivers for fuel the days ;)

I have never professed to be an expert on Carbs, but there are plenty of experts on this board such as Dave who could assist with written advice & potentially guide you through the process. Assuming you are mechanically minded

Anton's place/garage is not that far when considering a specialist American car mechanic & he could help you. His Mum lives in Woking, so he does get over this way. Why not contact him, maybe you could work something out...
