The paint is crap Pete so I want to do something with it. Vin code says it was a triple black car so my heart says paint it black. All the panels are arrow straight with zero rust. May even look into wrapping it.

It looks good on the picture in black with the wheels.
I had similar wheels on my Tahoo 20", gave it that different look.

I like that Ali

. First time down the M.o.t station with this car this morning , flew through the test then broke down on the way home. I replaced the fuel filter last night as it looked old .Started up fine this morning, drove 2miles to the garage. On the way home I pull up at the lights & it stalled. Pushed it around the corner with some help from other motorists. I popped the bonnet & the fuel filter is empty. Put £20 in it an hour ago , so as I didn't have any tools with me I phoned the AA . 35mins later patrol turns up, sucks fuel back through & we are back in business. Must have introduced an airlock I reckon. A.A followed me home with no other issues .

Dont know if you get it Ade but there's a write up on a 67 Bonneville in this months Classic American. He's running white walls which look good against the white car and PMD (Pontiac Motor Division) centre caps. I know it's a later model but thought it might be of interest.

one of your last posts said, you might get it wrapped, that's one of the best wraps I've seen, makes it look like a different car altogether

Bonneville has gone Dave. Heart wasn't in it. Wanted to try a full size car but realised it wasn't for me .
