The fire wall is solid on that Charger (that I do know!), possibly windscreen rubber or surround, which is known on unrestored Chargers.
You should be able to get Bonda prime from any decent paint or motorfactors and there are other equivelents.

Just aguess here, but if there is water dripping from under the dash, apart from the windscreen rubber / surround (as CP suggested) check the area where the wipers are connected, one of my cars kept me busy for days trying to find the leak, it was a perished rubber washer between wiper and bodywork - just a guess as I'm not sure how the wipers are connected on a charger

Good point Rebel, and they are just foam rubber seals, where the linkages pass through the bulkhead.

TBH I often proof read stuff without thinking about what I'm reading, at least when I'm in a hurry ... it's got into a habit whereby I now proof read magazines instead of reading them, lol :D

They all leak, they will always leak, they are leaky cars, you can't stop them leaking, they were built to a budget and leaks were not high on the list.

Repeat after me, my car leaks water, it will always leak water, I must not hose it down, I will learn to live with the leaks and enjoy the power and sound.

lol, most Mopars do leak fuids into, out of, or through, themselves in one way or another ... you might want to plan strategic drain holes in some locations!

The Charger didn't let rainwater in, but when I bought it the coolant system was seive like. It all ballances out, I've sorted the coolant problems and the sunroof leaks now ...

 So very true
It staggers me how far people will try and go to eliminate leaks completely, you can only do your best to reduce it, tired seals etc, but you will never eliminate it.
