Gaz.....I have to admit that Ive been feeling a bit bullied recently by the two door fraternity! If it helps, I found a lovely brown four door 70 New Yorker in Chicago. I spoke to the guy who was fine and seemed straight up but insisted on cash for her. I have a friend who lives 30 miles away and I said he could drop cash over. He was fine until I said he would have to wait as I would need to wire the money to him so he could Bananarama! and drop it over. He said he had two guys viewing but would get back to me. I heard nothing for a few days then prompted him. I said I would sweeten the deal by giving him the asking price if we could deal and I could Western Union him the cash but he had sold it to the first viewer. He said he was kicking himself as he didnt read the email before the viewings. So, I am trying to stay loyal to the 4 door massive....honest! ;)
Mmmmm. I'll let you off this time.
But consider it a verbal warning ! :D

Nah. Its a belter mate. Well done.
With Jeff on the mod top though ! :thumbright:

Thanks for all the comments men....Got an email from the seller saying that she is being picked up today. He has taken her for a spin and says she is running great! Its got a new Holley 670 Street Dominator carb on and she needs a little bit of a tune up/ set up so I will be asking some advice on that soon. Also, most of the front end ball joints etc are new but need to be set up properly. I would like to have a go at that so again, will be asking the pros for some direction on that, even if its just to get it to a baseline setup.

He has taken the hubcaps off and put them in the trunk for safe keeping and has included some small boxes of parts etc. Looking forward to having a look through them.

Cheers Steve :thumbright:
