The past 2 weeks Ive replaced the gutter trim around the front windscreen and sides. New kit from the states was pretty impressive and identical to the original parts so clipped in straight away.
Ive fitted the Holley carb & Edelbrock intake & new gaskets all round. I also fitted a new valley seal / new plugs / leads / rota arm etc - timed it up, adjusted carb slightly and we have a runner. Big difference on drivability and it really picks up at higher revs. Noticed a slight water leak from the Thermostat housing so i removed it - fitted a new gasket and re-sealed it. The water leak continued so I removed it again and noticed a hair line fracture on the neck. I replaced this with a new unit and all is well.

And the Charger won Best of show at Tatton Park - It was featured in the Manchester Evening News last week.

And ive replaced the steering wheel with a modern Sparco unit.
I know the hardcore mopar gheys wont like this but the wheel is very comfy, practical and feels superb on the hands as its covered in suede for extra grippage. It does help with the handling of the car also.

Engine has now been pulled and sent to Dave Billadeau's for a full rebuild / tune up with performance goodies. Aiming for the 450 horse mark. Might get the box rebuilt whilst the motor is out.
Over winter Im going to fit a disc conversion / new wheels and tyres + paint the engine bay.
