Cheers Pete, the plate and an adjustable push rod are the sort of things I like to make :thumbright:

I don't suppose the mounting plate would fit in a pocket for transportation to the Christmas meal, would it? ;) :lol:

I will try to dig them out. The plate is tapped for 2 studs that accept the M/C.
