Nothing wrong with hanging basket envy and yes, the man bag is well over due an airing :D :D

How does the Dodge compare to the Ford to drive etc?

Cheers Steve :thumbright:

Very different to drive. Mustang has power steering and disc brakes so easier to drive. But the Challenger doesn’t have much body roll around corners, due I think to the A66’s heavy duty suspension, which is good.

Could do with fitting front discs and power steering to it at some point. Don’t know how easy that is though.

Interesting. Certainly two great cars to enjoy when you can. Im pretty sure the disc conversion is very straight forward. We did it to a friends Coronet. Everything bolted on. Only issue we had was the flexhoses that came in the kit were very short so had to be changed. We had to make up a few new brake lines but that was it really. Kit came with everything needed and wasn't too expensive. I guess power steering may be slightly harder to do but straight forward...parts may be expensive

Will have to look into that disc conversion kit then. There’s no servo on the front drums either, so you really need to put the foot down to stop.
I read somewhere drums were common on Mopar cars as at the time the factory discs warped, they fixed the problem by 1973.

Yes the power steering kit is expensive, £500 or something. Will need to give it some thought.
