yeah, wasn’t sure what to do with all that when the tank went back up after the trunk floor was done, do those 4 pipes need to be connected or can they be capped off?? The gas tank vents thro the filler cap right?? The gizmo in the trunk that looks like a piece of scaffold tube

is present, and there’s a fifth pipe that runs forward (following the same path as the fuel pipe) to the engine bay, where it is capped off!! So I guess the ECS is present but not connected to anything?? Can all the redundant plumbing be removed??
I’m probably going to need a new gas tank sometime in the future, I noticed when it was off that the top side is quite rusty and it must be getting a bit thin!! I’ve seen replacement gas tanks listed with and without connections for the ECS, I guess I could get one without the connections if the ECS isn’t connected to anything up front??
