I remember those Victors flying over my house in the early sixties all in white fresh from Handley-Page in Radlett, great sight.
The sky seemed full then with British Aviation. What happened?

Yes but the Brit aero industry civil and military was awesome. gone the same way as all the other British manufacturing!
