Big ta very much to the guys who did the hard work while i watched today.
D2L, silver fox, and mini J and the misses who went out and fetched some solder for the wires you cant get to when its in. :thumbright:

Shifter done
Overhead controls done
Water pump done
Headers done.
Well almost have to connect them all up and mod one led of one header but he hg it is all good progresses and is starting to look like a car again

I like the looks of it ,that pump/cooling is gonna look and work nice,

Will keep you updated and post some pics when the rads in and it is piped up.
I still have to work on the controls, Bill mentions running the pump and fan on alternative cycles so I am thinking a couple of adjustable timers linked to a temperature sensor via relays?

yea he does have a tic toc switch he talked about

but he said to hook up a switch system first so you can find out if you really need to alternate between the fan and the pump,

or both ,so you will soon find out :thumbright:

Blimey Bob you are cracking on there! Those headers are something else as well...I can't wait to see the old Bee in action again. :thumbright:
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

I love the wiring Bob, straight out of the control box then wrapped around the shifter handle :thumbright: now that's what I call painless wiring :lol:

When it comes to electricity Jim I don't understand why it does not run out of the wall when you pull a plug out.
Have to site the MSD, relay and fuse board on the passenger side dash Im thinking at the mo

Plug leads sorted.
prop shaft sorted.
crank trigger sorted.
Carburettor sorted.
Good days and bad days this was a good one.

OK little progress report.
cooling system completed and piped up.
Throttle linkage connected.
oil cooler fitted.
headers fitted.
Line lock fitted.
Lexan screen cut and supports fitted, just need to bond all in.
Lexan quarter lights fitted.
Door windows all cut and supports shaped just need welding and screwing.
Wiring 2/3 done.
All in all the crew have been keeping the pressure on and progress has been good.
Not Long now whopee.
