yeah i honestly didnt know about the edelbrock one and to be honest didnt cross my mind untill you guys mentioned it and it looks far better

just watch that the distributer has not got bent, from when kiwi was wriggling the mtr on to the clutch, against the bulkhead, its easy done on a smallblock under achiever, beat ya kev

I hope it goes better than it looks, matt black is no colour for an engine young man, pull it back out and paint it properly

Although my engines the usual Orange, i like the stealthy matt black, a silk purse that to what some may look like a pigs ear. I like it Simon , its whats inside that counts, keep it Matt.

You should drive it round mine tomorrow if you can (I am getting my new wing welded on the 'tina, so will be out front most of the day).

That engine looks like some old diesel truck lump with that black on it

Sort it out and paint it properly.
