r runner if you feel that this is an anorack reply maybe you should think seriously aqbout your posts, this is a car forum for peole who enjoy cars, not a place to diss anyone. if anyone feels this is a place to belittle or cause stress to any other member then i personaly feel those people should be on a general chat forum not a dedicated car site. R Runner cuda440 if your not here to promote our cause please feel free to leave as im sure you will be welcome on other sites that are establshed to put down your fellow enthusiast. personaly i feel neither of you have offerd anything to enhance the welbeing of this club (as is evident in your last posts)
i wont lower myself to your willy Bananarama! comments, that just shows your attitude towads a mature car forum.
PS i dont need to use bad language to get my point across,

Trev, who are you to invite me to leave???? trust me i won`t be doing that, why don`t you lighten up a bit and have a laugh & stop trying to tell us all off as if we are a bunch of naughty school boys, personally your posts bore me to tears, so if you find it to offensive why don`t you leave???

i personaly dont find any of your post offrensive, but as a human being i see that others are becoming upset by some comments. maybe its time to step back and look at the bigger picture. many people on here are being hit by the credit crunch, some maybe more than others(personaly it hasnt affected me) but we do need to keep this a friendly site for people to enjoy or it will not survive (many people have left because of trival disputes) i didnt invite you to leave i just feel that if you are not here to premote the cause why be here?
if you look at the antics ive been up to i am prbably one of the most laid back (and normaly drunk) people on here, im not looking to make it a nanny state but please respect other peoples views and dont push non car related issus too far as all id does is alianates people and causes bad feeling, i want to be in a club that every member wants to buy me a beer (cos im tight

).

Dunc i think its reality time, you of all people should know how many good people we have lost on here through petty arguments. i dont want this to alianate anyone, wa as a comunity(moparites) are small enough as it is we dont need any infighting to upset the happy family.
can i sugest that we all agree to dissagree on certain issues and just shake hands and carry on.
if people dont like my views i dont care, in the same vein if i dissagree with others thats my opinion, but please dont let it get to the stage that it becomes a rift in the club. at the end of the day its a car club so that is the most important thing, not petty views on polotics, racial views, or other non car related topics.

Well some may not like the topic, but at least it's generating some responses ....
IMO Generally, I don't think there is any malice in the odd quip, quick fire response, light hearted humour responses on this board. Some may think so, but I'm sure there not meant that way. And if they are meant that way, just ignore it........
Lifes too short......... & your along time burried thats for sure
